Weltneuheit „Liver-in-Cube“ gewinnt Goldmedaille in Genf

Um eine Präzisionsmedizin für Leberkrebs zu entwickeln, erfand ein chinesischrs Forschungsteam drei Kerntechnologien. Erstens verwendet es eine neuartige Technologie zur Trennung von Zellen und Matrixproteinen, indem es gleichzeitig Hepatozyten, Tumorzellen, Immunzellen und Matrixproteine aus dem Gewebe des Leberkrebspatienten extrahiert. Die Erfindung simuliert auch genau die Tumoreigenschaften einzelner Patienten, wie z. B. die Anzahl der Zellen, die Gewebesteifigkeit, den Immunstatus und andere Schlüsselfaktoren, um eine hochwertige, biomimetische und personalisierte Arzneimittel-Screening-Plattform maßgeschneidert und individuell anzupassen. Zweitens wird unter Verwendung fortschrittlicher 3D-Bioprinting-Technologie ein neuartiges Modell mit Regionen hergestellt, die normales Gewebe, Tumorgewebe und Gefäßstrukturen enthalten. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen 3D-Zellkultur- und Organoidprodukten ist die Erfindung biomimetischer und in der Lage, die Tumorarchitektur und -eigenschaften des Patienten zu reproduzieren.
